It was wonderful to see so many colleagues and friends gather in support of Israel and our Jewish community especially during these challenging times. In response to the attacks in Israel, we have established CJP's Israel in Crisis Fund. CJP will ensure that 100% of your gift to the Israel in Crisis Fund will support humanitarian relief efforts for the more than one million Israelis who are living under attack.
Together, we raised nearly $200,000 towards CJP’s 2013 Annual Campaign! This is an impressive accomplishment, and with your help, we can still reach our $225,000 fundraising goal for the Breakfast. If you didn’t make your gift intention on Sunday, there is still time! If you’d like to make a gift, please visit cjp.org/donate or contact Laura Klein at laurakl@cjp.org.
We were inspired by Dr. Gary Gottlieb, this year’s Lewis H. Millender Community of Excellence Award recipient, and his work within Boston’s medical and Jewish communities. Larry Greenberg told us about CJP’s new initiative, Parents at the Center, and the supports to help parents of at-risk children in Haifa. We hope you also left feeling inspired to do more – with your dollars, your time and your energy.
We still need to raise an additional $25,000 to meet our goal for the Breakfast. Donate online and help us reach $225,000 today.
Many thanks for joining us at the Breakfast, and for your outstanding generosity and support. We look forward to seeing you at future events.
P.S. At the Breakfast, you heard about all the great opportunities to deepen your connection to our community. Learn more about The Healthcare Innovations Team and the Maimonides Society at cjp.org/health.
