In addition, the Peerless Excellence Project, a historic $45 million gift by a group of anonymous local day school supporters, has changed the landscape of Greater Boston’s Jewish day school community. "Peerless" initiatives to date, which include a community-wide special needs program, have already begun improving the lives of many of the area’s day school children. The funds will also dramatically increase the academic excellence of area schools and invite more area children – and families -- to enjoy the benefits of a Jewish day school education.
