Make A Difference:
The Health Professions team plays a crucial role in shaping the mission and future of Combined Jewish Philanthropies. The Health Professions Team offers plenty of opportunities to get involved with the Boston Jewish community through fundraising, volunteering, joining a committee, traveling on a mission, caring for people in need, strengthening Jewish education, and helping Jews in Israel and around the world. Through CJP, members develop life-long relationships and connect with their Jewish values and culture.
Get Involved:CJP Thanks 600 Health Professionals!
More than 600 health professionals packed Boston’s Park Plaza Hotel last Sunday, breaking all previous attendance records for Combined Jewish Philanthropies’ Annual Health Professions Breakfast. Norman P. Spack M.D. was honored with this year’s Lewis H. Millender Community of Excellence Award. Keynote speaker Dr. Ruth Westheimer entertained the audience with her candor, wit and wisdom. The attendees generously committed their support for CJP’s 2008 Annual Campaign.
