DR. KEVIN TABB was named president and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center on September 6, 2011. Dr. Tabb was formerly Chief Medical Officer of Stanford Hospital & Clinics, after previously serving as Stanford’s Chief Quality and Medical Information Officer. He is a graduate of Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School, and a commissioned officer in the Israeli military (IDF), where he served as a combat physician prior to coming to the U.S.
