Jewish Camping and Summer Programs

What makes Jewish summer camps different from all other camps?

It’s hard to pinpoint exactly why the Jewish overnight camping experience has such a profound effect. Somehow, while gazing across a crystalline lake in the silence of the dawn, or building a smoky fire that sparks conversation late into the night, something magical happens. Friendships with the strength to last a lifetime are born. The quest for knowledge about Judaism begins.

For many children, overnight summer camp is their first immersion in Jewish life. While meeting peers from all over New England, campers find that their Jewish heritage is a communal bond with their friends, rather than something that sets them apart. Jewish overnight camps have the ability to transform young lives and connect our children and teens to Judaism in new and lasting ways.

CJP proudly supports both day camps and overnight camps for youth and teens throughout Greater Boston. To find the right camp for your child, browse the links below.
