The CJP benefits package includes:Eligible employees and their eligible dependents can choose from either an HMO or POS health insurance option. Both are offered through Tufts Health Plan. CJP pays 60% - 82% of the total premium, based on employee annual salary and plan selection. Health insurance takes effect on the first day of employment.
CJP offers dental coverage for eligible employees and their eligible dependents through Dental Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield). CJP pays 70% - 75% of the total premium, based on plan selection. Dental insurance takes effect on the first day of employment.
CJP’s 403(b) plan makes it easy for employees to save for retirement and provides the added incentive of matching contributions. You can contribute to your retirement account on a pre-tax basis, through payroll deduction, and can enroll in the plan at any time. Your account is invested in your choice of professionally managed investment funds, offered through Nationwide Life Insurance Company.
