The Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project (RSIP) was a partnership between CJP and the Ruderman Family Foundation that supported synagogues in creating communities where people of all abilities could be valued equally and participate fully, from 2015 to 2023. We are proud of all the inclusion work that was accomplished in our community of 70+ synagogues and are happy to continue to share the resources and learnings from the program below for all who may find them helpful.

For more information on CJP’s work in the mental health space, please see this link: https://www.cjp.org/mental-health

If your synagogue is interested in applying for a grant, please see our Community Impact Grants page here: https://www.cjp.org/community-jobs-grants/apply-for-grants/community-impact-grants
