Transitions to Work

Transitions to Work trains young adults with disabilities, helping them develop job skills to launch their careers. We build relationships with employers for job opportunities and work with them to develop inclusive hiring practices. Transitions to Work is made possible through a collaboration among CJP, The Ruderman Family Foundation and Jewish Vocational Service.
