Boston University Hillel is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Operations. We are located in the center of the BU’s Charles River Campus at the corner of Bay State Road and Granby. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Rentals and Events
Prepare contracts, invoices, room layouts and signage for events.
Provide walkthroughs of the event space.
Schedule Staff Meetings.
Coordinate with facilities for any maintenance requests.
Act as building receptionist as needed.
Special projects as needed.
Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, Google Docs is a must, Quickbooks knowledge is a plus!
Must have a positive attitude and eager to be part of the TEAM.
$12.00 -$14.00 per hour based on experience
This is a part time position, between 15-20 hours Monday - Friday, flexible schedule.
