Position Summary:

Schechter Holocaust Services (SHS) is a service within JF&CS Services for Older Adults. The mission of SHS is to support survivors' ability to live at home and connect with community. The program provides comprehensive assistance to aging victims of Nazi persecution and their families.

The ideal Administrative Coordinator will be detail oriented, enjoy working as part of a team, and bring a sense of humor and perspective to the job. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the record keeping and grant requirements that ensure JF&CS compliance with Claims Conference regulations and procedures. This involves working with two software applications, interfacing with the Fiscal department, and supporting the administrative work of case managers.

This is a part time, flexible position with SHS. The position is ideal for someone interested in parents' hours or someone who wants to be semi-retired. The position is 15 hours/ week at $20/hour.

Your workday will include:

-Data input and management.
-Processing and monitoring the accuracy of financial invoices.
-Assisting with homecare invoices.
-Overseeing the ordering, distribution and tracking of food store gift cards.
-Preparing financial information and charts.
-Collaborating with all members of the SHS team and other JF&CS program staff.

-Demonstrated experience working in an administrative/fiscal role.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
