Campaign Manager

2Life Communities 30 Wallingford Rd, Brighton MA

Responsible for deepening the prospective donor pipeline, helping to develop cultivation and solicitation strategies, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on campaign goals, donors, and prospects.


Serve as campaign staff liaison with all volunteers, donors, and leaders.

Prepare key deliverables, meeting agendas, and progress reports, as well as provide ongoing analysis of campaign activity.

Implement campaign fundraising best practices

Manage and prepare for all prospect review/strategy meetings with other Fund Development staff and 2Life leadership.

Support President & CEO in preparing for outreach to and visits with top prospects, as appropriate.

Serve as the point of contact with research firms.

Serve as liaison with stewardship and communications for all donor communication materials.

Coordinate and track all major gift solicitations.

Work with fund development staff to ensure timely donor acknowledgment and stewardship activities.

Ensure campaign prospect activity is accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce.

Serve as the main point of contact between 2Life and cabinet members by assisting in volunteer recruitment, coordinating monthly meetings, helping set strategy, and training volunteers on campaign best practices.

Help prepare materials that will be delivered to the board and cabinet by CDO and campaign co-chairs.


Bachelor’s degree is required. Three to five years of fundraising experience, specifically campaigns is required

Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, strategic, professional, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills are essential.

Candidates must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, Board members, donors, and prospective donors.
