Partnerships are essential to our collaboration-focused mission, and this position is ideal for a team player who seeks a role with internal and external facing components.
Manage relationships with all partners as to build the JArts brand and foster organizational growth:
Maintain and grow our roster of 60+ community partner organizations (non profit, for profit, universities/schools, etc)
Work with Artistic Director to play a creative role in programming to create new ways to engage community partners
Event design: name, content, and marketing
Help write program grants and solicit sponsorships as is appropriate
Work with Communications Director to ensure brand reach
Ensure that partners receive relevant and necessary marketing materials
Manage community outreach and explore new marketing opportunities based on program content and partnerships
Coordinate and implement social media as is appropriate
Work with development staff to ensure that appropriate event materials are prepared for fundraising
Work with Production and Box Office Manager
Maintain partner contacts in the Patron Manager database
Manage Food Think Tank, Art Think Tank, and JArts TheaterWorks
Organize and facilitate quarterly meetings
Be in contact with leadership on an on going basis
Identify and engage new members
Work 3/4 of events (about 20 total per year)
Manage front of house: registration and volunteers

5+ years experience in community engagement
Experience with online database and ticketing systems (Patron Manager or the like)
Full time. Salary commensurate with experience.
