The Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts is currently seeking an experienced Operations professional to manage, in a variety of capacities, the maintenance and restoration projects at our 125 sites in Massachusetts.
JCAM is a non-profit organization, headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts.
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven individual who can meet the requirements listed below:
• Five plus years of experience in a field supervisory/management position
• Supervision of the maintenance of our sites and the various related trades of our contractors
• Experience in facilities or cemetery operations preferred
• General knowledge of field construction, including masonry, restoration, landscape maintenance and irrigation systems
• Ability to manage multiple field issues simultaneously
• Ability to interface with caretakers/workers, contractors, vendors and office personnel
• Skilled at client relations and interfacing with the general public
• Familiarity with budget management
• Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Must have own vehicle
• Experience in Microsoft Office software (including Excel spreadsheets)
