Job Description Infant Toddler Teacher

The Shirat Hayam Center for Early Education is a Reggio inspired educational experience which fosters development of the “whole” child. Our newly renovated classrooms and outdoor space encourage exploration, creativity, and cooperation. EEC I/T Teacher or lead teacher certified
Minimum of or working towards a CDA or Associate Degree
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must LOVE to work with children 03-33 months
Responsible and dependable
Excellent communication skills and work ethic
Ability to follow written and oral directions
Nurturing and kind
Knowledge of Jewish holidays and traditions a plus!

*CJP’s Early Educator Fellowship offers: a stipend valued at $500, an on-site mentor educator, tailored virtual professional development to learn and apply best practices, access to a virtual community of practice to connect and learn with other fellows. Note: After 30 days of employment, fellows will receive a $250 stipend; and another $250 upon completion of their fellowship (May 2021) .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on education and experience
Qualifications: Associate's Degree and 0-2 years of experience.
