Early Childhood Daycare | Brookline, MA
We are excited to launch a new, thoughtfully designed early childhood daycare serving children from birth through toddlerhood (0–15 months: infants; 15–36 months: toddlers). Our mission is to create a nurturing, curious, and creative environment where children can thrive through loving relationships, exploration, and meaningful play.
We are seeking dedicated and passionate early childhood educators to join our founding team with an immediate start. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the environment, philosophy, and daily experience of our new program.
Positions Available- Teacher Requirements:
College coursework in Early Childhood Education, or CDA credential, or Vocational High School training in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 9 months (approximately 450 hours) of experience with infants and/or toddlers in an EEC-licensed setting
Lead Teacher Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Prior experience leading a classroom and/or supervising a teaching team
Strong professionalism, initiative, and collaborative leadership skills
Qualifications & Skills (All Candidates)
Warm, loving, nurturing, and energetic approach to working with infants and toddlers
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with co-teachers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families
Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
Reflective, growth-oriented mindset and commitment to best practices in early childhood education
