Program Coordinator

You are a leader, a strong communicator, and recognize opportunities to engage families of all ages in the Boston area Jewish community.

This role is to plan and implement high holiday services for 2022. Work will be done over the duration of (mid-August til mid- October). These services will include 4 events over 3 days; multi-access In-person and Zoom.

Event Planning and Execution responsibilities include:
- Manage project plan and timetable;
- Lead on all communications, serving as primary contact for attendees;
- Serve as liaison to service leader, volunteers, technical person, and supplies to ensure smooth execution;
- Majority of this role is done remotely and on your own schedule;
- Attend all meetings and services, including:
a) Sept 11 – in person meeting/Service leader + Tech check (10-12am)
b) Sept 26 – in person HH service (8:30-1:30pm)
c) October 4 – Zoom service, remote based (7-8pm)
d) October 5 – in person service (8:30-1:30pm)
e) TBD, as needed
- Work with the Board to document lessons learned.

Compensation: $25/hour, estimated 8-10 hours per week, through mid-October.
