Volunteer Opportunity for Children

Join us on the North Shore for an afternoon of volunteering and learning. At this hands-on learning project, families will:

• Learn about the ecosystem in the park
• Spread mulch on the playground, plant winter bulbs and explore vegetation with a park ranger
• Explore values from a Jewish perspective
• Finish with a picnic dinner (bring-your-own) and free ice cream and popsicles.

This community service event is geared towards families with young children, ages 0-6. Older siblings and all families, regardless of age, are encouraged to participate.

This is an outdoor event that will be cancelled/postponed if weather is inclement.
