CJP, Pam Sherman, and Kara Westerling warmly invite you to A Taste of Clover Food Lab – An Evening of Cooking and Community, our Young Women’s Philanthropy Spring Event.
Together, we’ll celebrate food and friends as we learn how to prepare kosher, seasonal, and local meatless cuisine from Megan Pileggi, Director of New Business Development at local food sensation Clover Food Lab. She’ll give you tips and tricks on how to create simple, delicious food at home.
We’ll also hear from Rabbi Jillian Cameron, Director of Interfaith Family/Boston, and a recent Chai in the Hub honoree, about the role of food in the Jewish home and community, and the importance of culinary tradition.
Since we’ll be talking food in our community, we ask that you please bring a nonperishable food item to donate to Jewish Family & Children’s Service’s Family Table. Items most needed are raisins, whole grain crackers, vegetarian soup (kosher preferred), dried beans and canned salmon.
Feel free to invite your friends!
Wine and light refreshments will be served.
Dietary laws will be observed.
COST: $36 per person
Event fees reflect the cost of goods and services provided and are not tax deductible.
