Give stock or mutual funds
Gifts of stock or mutual fund shares can be a convenient and beneficial way to support CJP’s Annual Campaign, or to add to your donor advised fund or endowment fund. Your gift supports the Jewish community in Greater Boston and beyond and can also bring you potential tax benefits.
When you transfer appreciated securities directly to CJP, you may qualify for a charitable income tax deduction equal to the full fair market value, without paying capital gains tax on the appreciation.
