Microfunding for Young Adults

Do you have an exciting idea to help connect young adults to Jewish life? Noticing a gap in communal offerings and think you can help fill the void? Realize your programmatic potential with up to $200 from CJP's Microfunding for Young Adults! No concept is too small: We want to empower you to design and implement inspiring programs and events on your terms.  

Guidelines 

  • Programs and events must include five or more young adults (20- and 30-somethings) 
  • Applications are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis 
  • Your event/project/program should touch on some aspect of Jewish life. Example ideas (and please – get creative!): 
    • Shabbat dinner 
    • Cooking classes 
    • Holiday parties (Sukkot, Hanukkah, etc.) 
    • Wine and paint night 


How it works 

  1. Fill out this brief application
  2. CJP staff will review your application
  3. If approved, go ahead and hold your event or program
  4. After the event or program, submit your receipts and participant information (first and last names and email addresses)
  5. CJP will reimburse your or your group/organization for up to $200 of program-related costs per group of 10 participants
