Together, we're making a bigger difference

Since our founding 125 years ago, Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) has empowered our community to care for one another, to pursue our highest aspirations, and to welcome and inspire the next generation to participate in Jewish life. This year has tested us like no other, and we’re proud to share some of the impact that our generous donors, talented volunteers, and tireless partner organizations have made possible.

Caring for Vulnerable People

Taking care of each other is at the very heart of what we do. Driven by our Jewish values, we’re working to meet changing needs, and help everyone fulfill their potential.

Building Organizational Effectiveness: Strengthening Community Through Partnerships

We partner with people and organizations that are committed to creating a vibrant Jewish community, both here in Boston and around the world. These relationships inform our priorities, help us understand and respond to urgent issues, and empower us all to make a bigger difference together.

Broadening and Deepening Engagement with Jewish Life

At every life stage, for every interest, for everyone who wants to explore and be part of Jewish life, CJP is here. We’re creating innovative new programs, supporting tried and true organizations, and helping our community stay connected.

What do you see when you look back on 125 years of Boston’s Jewish history? Take a fresh look at the people, the places, and the organizations that have connected and sustained us — creating a future alive with possibility.
