Gail has been a thoughtful leader and trusted partner of the Caring Advisory Committee since the group formed last December. We are now deeply grateful for her leadership and gracious willingness to serve as chair of our new Caring Emergency Oversight Committee. Gail leads from a place of curiosity and asks thoughtful questions that consistently strengthen our process and overall strategy. Additionally, Gail has been a steady and influential collaborator through her role in the Commission on Strategic Priorities, now the Community Investments Committee, since 2021, playing a key role in shaping our grantmaking and community investments strategy and ensuring our decisions are grounded in both community need and long-term impact. A reliable and supportive partner to staff, she is always willing to take a call, offer guidance, and help us think through complex challenges. Her generosity with her time and expertise has made her a go-to resource for the team. Gail now serves on CJP’s Board of Directors and continues to bring her business and nonprofit experience to the table.
