Wendy Kraft and Karen Philip are international Superstars. As the Co-chairs for the Women’s Philanthropy Europe Mission, they did an incredible job setting the tone for the trip and connecting the participants to each other and to CJP. They led by example, encouraging women on the Mission to break out of their comfort zones, open up to each other, and connect to our collective Jewish history. Their presence put everyone at ease — especially in moments on the Mission when the group faced painful aspects of our Jewish past. Karen and Wendy consistently infused CJP into everything they did and continue to connect with Mission participants to build community at home. They are true role models who have a rare ability to bring people together while demonstrating leadership, tact, and inclusiveness.
