Since the beginning of 2025, Ron has been supporting management on a complex and sensitive project. Ron has gone above and beyond — reviewing and editing documents and taking time away from his own work to help CJP staff in person. All the while, Ron has taken the time to keep other volunteers up to date and engaged and has generously helped educate CJP staff on the vagaries and uncertainty of office management in the age of hybrid work. Ron leads with energy and enthusiasm and models the open and generous sharing of expertise that is the hallmark of great professional-volunteer partnerships at CJP.
