Last year, Becka created and led Rabbi Marc Baker’s The 360Five listening tour. Over eight months, more than 1,700 people shared their vision for an even more vibrant, collaborative, and thriving Jewish community with CJP. A signature element of The 360Five was a personal one — from providing a warm welcome at the door and a safe space to share ideas, to personally acknowledging every respondent, Becka and her team worked to make sure every attendant felt that their voice mattered. This community feedback, coupled with learnings from our Community Study and the mandate from our Strategic Plan, helped to reshape how CJP does its work — from its organizational structure to its operating principles. Becka is excited to continue the conversation with the community and sharing learnings with CJP and beyond.
