Describe your career in one sentence. 
As a rabbi, I interrupt people's lives with moments of meaning, connection and liberation.  

What was your favorite way to give back this year? 
I started Unorthodox Celebrations in order to match unaffiliated Jews with rabbis and cantors to perform their life-cycle events.

• I got married December 13th here in Boston! 
• I led Kol Nidrei Services at Occupy Wall Street in NYC. 
• I have taught hitbodedut—a form of Jewish meditation—to over 1,000 people.
