At a time of exciting growth, Temple Beth Shalom seeks an Associate Director of Philanthropy to drive fund development and create meaningful ways for members to engage in philanthropic giving to the Temple community. Collaborating across clergy, staff, and lay leaders, this position is responsible for overseeing and implementing a variety of giving campaigns and events, as well as strengthening systems and processes for donor operations and management.
