Pre-Teen Engagement Fellow
Supporting the Jewish communities in the towns of Metrowest Boston
The Metrowest Boston Jewish community is searching for a full-time passionate and talented Pre-Teen Engagement Fellow to join our team as we strive to enhance the landscape of the Jewish youth community in Metrowest Boston. We are seeking a relationship builder and strategic networker. The ideal candidate enjoys thinking creatively, collaborating, innovating and taking initiative. They love working with pre-teens and facilitating engaging programs and events. Candidates that are eager to help to build something new and impactful will be a great fit.
The Fellow will be responsible for stewarding the vision of the pre-teen community engagement committee. The Fellows focus will be on building and strengthening relationships with pre-teens and partners throughout the community, event planning, leadership development, and program marketing.
This 2-year Fellowship will begin Summer 2019 and may be extended beyond 2 years.
September-May: Collaborating with Jewish institutions in Metrowest Boston, mainly Natick and Framingham.
June-August: On the Leadership Team at Camp Tel Noar in Hampstead, NH.

-Join a passionate, creative and dynamic team working to redefine what excellent youth engagement is in the Greater Boston community;
-Connect with a community and network of innovative, fun and dedicated professionals who share similar passions, have frequent opportunities to collaborate and support each other.
