The Myra and Robert Kraft Passport to Israel Program
The Myra and Robert Kraft Passport to Israel Program is a long-term savings program that helps Greater Boston-area Jewish families plan for a meaningful teen Israel experience.
Why should your teen travel to Israel, and why save with Passport to Israel?
Myra (z”l) and Robert Kraft founded the Passport to Israel Program based on a belief that every Jewish teen should have the opportunity to build a meaningful connection to Israel. The program helps Greater Boston Jewish families save for a teen Israel experience while reducing financial barriers.
Through shared contributions from families, congregations, and CJP, Passport to Israel builds dedicated savings that can later be used for an educational trip to Israel during the high school years.
Research shows that teen Israel experiences strengthen Jewish identity, deepen friendships, and encourage lifelong engagement in Jewish life. Since 1989, nearly 2,000 teens from Greater Boston have participated, making Passport to Israel one of CJP’s most established initiatives.
