Jenn Lewin
Jenn has been a longtime volunteer with the Haifa Boston Connection, bringing a unique perspective as both a Bostonian and a Haifan, with experience volunteering in both communities. She leads the Mentoring Program in Haifa, which connects Bostonians with Haifa youth to support their English learning and help them prepare for school exams. Jenn has recruited an impressive 68 adult mentors to work directly with students in several high schools across the city, significantly expanding the program’s reach and impact. She also works at the University of Haifa and leverages her connections with graduate students to strengthen the Haifa Boston Connection’s work, with two currently supporting the Mentoring Program and one participating in the Young Adult Leaders Haifa Delegation. Jenn’s dedication, creativity, and deep commitment have made a meaningful difference for the youth she supports and for the Haifa Boston Connection overall.
Bill Adler
Bill Adler played a transformative leadership role as Chair of CJP’s 2025 Community Study Task Force, guiding one of the most ambitious and impactful research efforts in our community’s history. Under his leadership, the task force reframed the purpose of the study from simply a data collection exercise to the strategic foundation shaping an ambitious vision for Jewish life in Greater Boston. Bill brought strategic clarity, deep curiosity, and led a phenomenally talented and committed group of staff and community leaders to ensure success. Together, this exceptional team engaged a diverse cross-section of the community, accomplishing a historic milestone and setting a strong foundation for the Greater Boston Jewish community for generations to come.
