Shira Kraft joined Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) in 2021 to lead CJP’s Gift Planning team, charged with ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the Jewish community in Greater Boston and beyond. She has over 12 years’ experience as a Jewish communal professional and became a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) in 2024. Shira has served on the boards of the Planned Giving Group of New England and The Jewish Journal. She is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors at Epstein Hillel School and a participant in the Jewish Federations of North America’s Executive Accelerator program. Shira and her husband Jeff live in Marblehead, MA, with their two children.
