PHOTOS: CJP Participates in 3rd Annual Winter Walk

By Andrew Hirsh, Senior Copywriter

In February, CJP proudly sponsored the third annual Winter Walk, presented by Boston Medical Center and Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan. More than 1,000 people gathered in support of a vital cause: ending homelessness in our city. At CJP, homelessness prevention is a significant facet of our tzedek (social justice) work. By working with partners throughout Greater Boston who share our values, we are addressing the root causes of homelessness head-on.

The Winter Walk showcases how diverse people and organizations are working together toward a common goal. Through their participation in the two-mile circuit, volunteers and staff representing CJP joined in solidarity with others — some who have homes, and some who are currently unhoused — to raise awareness and funds for our homeless community.
